Return & Exchange Policy

At Kalaabam, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, including size exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchange

• The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Products that are damaged, altered or used may not be eligible for exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Size Exchange
If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details. We will assist you with the exchange, subject to size availability.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Exchange Shipping
The customer may be responsible for shipping costs for a size exchange. If the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, Kalaabam will review the case and assist accordingly.
